Fantastic service from well qualified staff! In addition to the lounge being simply stunning, the staff were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly - they know their products back to front. This shopping experience is what all shopping experiences should be - luxurious, attentive staff and quality products. Thanks especially to Jason and Richard for showing us how to use and care for our machine. We are thrilled with the coffee machine we purchased, and know that if anything goes wrong in the future that we will receive professional after-sales care.

We enjoyed a wonderful experience visiting the store where we were greeted by Richard who gave us all his attention. As first-time coffee bean users, Richard went out of his way to explain and demonstrate how to make coffee the way we enjoy coffee using the De'Longhi Coffee machine we were interested in purchasing. Nothing was an issue, Richard answered all of our questions; we were so impressed we purchased the Eletta on the spot.

My wife and I went in to the Coffee lounge last weekend after our old coffee machine was on its last legs. Richard was very helpful in showing us a number of different coffee machines that would cater to our needs. We loved the run through each of the machines and appreciated how he took his time in doing so and not rushing through them. Definitely helped in making our decision on which machine to go for. Would highly recommend visiting the De'Longhi Coffee Lounge!

Had a lovely experience with Richard show me how to use the Eletta coffee machine. He answered all my questions on how to use the machine. Enjoyed the demo experience which is a must. He even did a price reduction to meet the other competitors plus you get a 4 year warranty if u buy at the lounge. Thx Richard for promotional product. Tania

We are first time coffee machine owners and were so impressed to know that De'Longhi had a coffee lounge where you could learn how to use the machine correctly. We are so thankful to Richard for his expert knowledge and help showing us how the machine works and how to make a great coffee. It is such a good idea to have this coffee lounge to be able to show you how to use the machines rather than just reading a manual and not really understanding it properly. Very happy customers indeed - thank you!
